About HealthCura
HealthCura.ai provides an operating system and services for specialty clinics. Our platform and team handle benefits verification, prior authorization, referral management, and AI scribe, streamlining front office operations so practices spend less time on payer calls and paperwork, collect what they earn, and patients know their costs before the visit.
We are an early-stage company. You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer, a co-founder, and work side by side with sales and operations.
The opportunity
You will own our relationships with specialty practices once they sign. That means getting each new practice live, making sure their team uses HealthCura every day, and turning happy practices into renewals, growth, and referrals. There is no playbook yet; you will help write it.
What you will do
- Take over each new practice from sales at signing and lead onboarding: kickoff, EMR connection, staff training, and go-live.
- Run every pilot to a clear result: agree goals with the practice up front and report results before the decision.
- Roll out each module the practice signs up for and make sure staff use it day to day.
- Be the main point of contact for a book of specialty practices, from front desk staff to physician owners.
- Hold regular check-ins and business reviews that show each practice what it gained: verifications completed, authorizations approved, denials avoided, and staff hours saved.
- Spot practices at risk early and fix the cause with our operations team before it becomes a cancellation.
- Own growth within existing practices: add locations, providers, and modules where they help the practice.
- Manage renewals, and pass referrals to other practices on to sales.
- Bring what you hear from practices back to our Chief Revenue Officer and the operations and product teams.
- Keep the CRM current and report practice health, renewals, and growth each week.
What you bring
- 3 or more years in account management, customer success, or client services, with at least 2 years working with medical practices.
- Working knowledge of eligibility, benefits verification, prior authorization, and denials.
- Experience training practice staff on new software or services and getting them to use it.
- A track record of retaining and growing accounts, with numbers you can share: retention, renewals, or expansion revenue.
- Clear, friendly communication with practice managers, front desk teams, and physicians.
- Comfort in an early-stage company: you set up the process as well as run it.
Nice to have
- Experience working with specialty medical practices.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks, Epic, athenahealth, NextGen, or CareCloud.
- A background in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
What success looks like
- First 30 days: learn the service, meet every current practice, and set up an onboarding checklist.
- First 90 days: every new practice live on schedule, every pilot reported against its goals, and a regular review rhythm with every practice.
- First year: strong pilot conversion and renewal rates, growth within existing practices, and referrals passed to sales.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive base salary.
- Performance bonus tied to retention, renewals, and growth within existing practices.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Medical and dental insurance.
